NOTICE TO MEMBERS
The 48th Annual General Assembly of the
Native Council of Nova Scotia
is scheduled for
September 10 & 11, 2022
at the Inn on Prince, 437 Prince Street,
Truro, Nova Scotia.
As per the NCNS Memorandum of Association and Bylaws the NCNS is required to provide notification of the upcoming Annual Meeting under:
Section 10 (a)(2)
Reasonable notice shall be given to all members in good standing – Thirty (30) days notice is deemed to be reasonable notice; any notice so given shall be deemed conclusively to have been given and received Forty-Eight (48) hours after having been mailed in a sealed envelope, postage pre-paid;
